"We declare that the transportation of military cargo from Armenia to the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan should be stopped immediately and illegal Armenian armed groups should be disarmed and removed from our territory as soon as possible," noted in the information of the Ministry of Defense, APA reports.
Noted that the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent temporarily stationed on the territory of Azerbaijan must understand its responsibility in this process and fulfill its obligations absolutely.
"Such regular illegal activities make it necessary to establish a border checkpoint of Azerbaijan at the last point of the Azerbaijan-Armenia border of the Lachin road.
