"Pilot was one of our highest level pilots, who was trained in heavy condition flights. Colonel Fuzuli Javadov, who even participated in the First Karabakh War," said Chair of State Border Service Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev on the helicopter crash that occurred today, APA reports.

SBS Chairman noted that the helicopter was absolutely a new one: "Black box was found. It is in the Prosecutor General's Office. It is impossible to say an exact thing on reason of the incident now. We can say exactly that any outside impact is out of question."
