A delegation led by Vugar Mustafayev, Minister of Defense Industry, is participating in the World Defence Show 2026, one of the world’s leading defense industry events, held in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Ministry told APA.
The exhibition showcases 127 modern military products belonging to "Azersilah" Defense Industry Holding Closed Joint Stock Company, as well as 53 products from Azerbaijani companies "6LSystems", "RD Smart", "Q-STP", "Synapline", "USH Group", and "ITX Motors".
The World Defence Show 2026, which showcases the latest military technologies, equipment, and systems, has brought together more than 773 companies and over 441 official delegations from more than 76 countries. More than 106,000 visitors are expected to attend the event.

Within the framework of the exhibition, Minister Vugar Mustafayev met with Robert Kalinak, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Slovak Republic. During the meeting, a Memorandum was signed providing for the expansion of cooperation between the two countries in the field of defense industry.
V. Mustafayev also met with Dato Seri Haji Mohamed Khaled Nordin, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Malaysia. The meeting discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in the defense industry between the two countries, as well as opportunities for technological partnership.
It should be noted that the World Defence Show 2026 will conclude on February 12.
