Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Bohdan Drapiatyi has met with a delegation led by Azerbaijani Ambassador Seymur Mardaliyev, APA reports citing RBC-Ukraine.
The key topic of the talks was the demining of Ukraine and assistance of Azerbaijan in this regard.
Apart from that, the sides discussed the issue of organizing future exercises in the territory of Azerbaijan to exchange experience in the field of humanitarian demining.
"We have decided to increase the volume of the aid package to Ukraine, including the issue of humanitarian demining," the ambassador noted.
At the end of the meeting, the Azerbaijani side announced a new aid package to Ukraine, which will include a mechanized mine clearance vehicle.
