The Prosecutor General's Office has released photos of the flight parameters of Azerbaijani State Border Service’s helicopter that crashed in Khizi on November 30, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office told APA.
The flight parameters recorded at the time of landing of the helicopter, taken from the helicopter's onboard data recorder (black box"), were as in the pictures posted below.
“Their analysis shows that the vertical flight speed of the helicopter exceeded the norm in violation of the flight instructions and caused the helicopter to lose control and crash,” the information reads.
