“Military prosecutor's office of Kalbajar received information about the death of Orujov Vusal Kheybali, a military serviceman of the Ministry of Defense's military unit No. N, as a result of fire from the enemy,” Senior assistant to the Military Prosecutor - Head of the Press Service of the Military Prosecutor's Office, senior justice counselor Firad Aliyev told APA.
It was noted that based on the received information, the employees of the Military Prosecutor's Office of Kalbajar received explanations, along with the employees of the Department of Criminalistics and Information Technologies of the Military Prosecutor's Office, relevant work was done and other actions were taken.
In connection with the fact, a criminal case has been initiated by the Military Prosecutor's Office of Kalbajar under Article 120.2.12 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the witnesses were interrogated, relevant expertises were appointed and urgent necessary investigative actions were carried out.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing, all measures will be taken in accordance with the requirements of the legislation and generally accepted norms and principles of the international law.
