The parties reached an agreement on a cease-fire today at 9:00 a.m., and the implementation of the cease-fire began at 9:15 a.m.
However, after a short time, Armenia violated the cease-fire again by not complying with the agreement.
Although not with the previous intensity, there are violations of the ceasefire by the Armenian army. The Azerbaijani side is still demonstrating restraint against Armenian provocations.
