"70% of the mine incidents occurred in areas inside the former line of contact," Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) Vugar Suleymanov told journalists, APA reports.
"This shows that along with the line of contact, other territories have also been polluted with landmines. Unfortunately, the opposing side has also created minefields aimed at the civilian population, which does not conform to any logic," he added.
