A meeting of the Working Group on demining and unexploded ordnance clearance was held in Agali village of Zangilan district, operating under the Interdepartmental Center of the Coordinating Headquarters established for the centralized solution of issues in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

Reported at the meeting that in 2023, 19,840 hectares of land were cleared of explosive devices, 9,150 mines and unexploded ordnance (UXO) were found and neutralized by the organizations involved in demining operations.
