If the newspapers have minimum sale rate, the contract will be broken, and the firm will not sell these newspapers,” chief of Azermetbuatyayim firm Vugar Safarov said at the roundtable organized by Press Council.
He said that when the contract is concluded, the paper leadership is to pay the income to be got from the sale of the newspaper in advance. Then the firm will repay the newspapers within three months. Safarov said that there are newspapers that are not sold and it is useless to deliver them to the regions and make out an account.
