Three foreign films were shot in Azerbaijan last year, said an employee of the Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Baghirova, during the "Cinema Talks" panel held at the Heydar Aliyev Center, APA reports.
According to her, two of the films were produced by Netflix, while one was produced by Amazon Prime: "Additionally, last year, foreign film companies shot eight commercials/music videos and two television programs in Azerbaijan.
Sabina Baghirova also mentioned that foreign film companies invested 10 million dollars in Azerbaijan during 2023–2024.
