From October 1 to 7, the 11th Baku International Book Fair 2025 will be held at the Baku Expo Center, APA reports.
The exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Culture, is dedicated to the theme "Techno-human: the legend of yesterday, the event of today."
Currently, 41 foreign organizations from 18 countries and more than 100 local publishing, printing, and book art-related enterprises have registered to participate in the exhibition.
The exhibition will feature Azerbaijan’s national writers and poets, renowned young authors, and world-famous foreign writers.
Within the framework of the exhibition, master classes for children and adults, book presentations on inclusivity and other relevant topics, signing days, conferences, symposiums, competitions, reading and music hours, as well as cooperation platforms among entities in the book industry sector will be organized.
During the exhibition, more than 250 events in various formats are planned to be held.
Prominent writers and scholars from Türkiye, Argentina, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Qatar, and other countries will be represented at the exhibition.
Visitors will be provided with transportation to and from the Baku Expo Center via special buses from the “Elmlər Akademiyası,” “28 May,” and “Koroghlu” metro stations.
The exhibition’s working hours are from 10:00 to 20:00.
Entrance to the exhibition is free of charge.
