The regulatin for commercial air transportation, air transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo, and postal items have been approved in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision in this regard.
These regulations contain provisions on the transportation of passengers, as well as baggage (including hand luggage, as well as cargo and postal items) carried by passengers on board an aircraft for a certain fee on the basis of a transportation contract and commercial agreements.
These rules apply to domestic and international air transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo and postal items on regular and non-regular (charter) flights.
In accordance with the international agreement on air transport, in the case that commercial agreements are concluded by carriers registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan must be informed about this.
