"90% state guarantees will be provided to the loans given to businesses in Garabagh," President of the Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA) Zakir Nuriyev said as he delivered a speech at the conference "Economic Reforms and Modern Challenges for Improving the Business Environment", APA-Economics reports.
He noted that through the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has decided to provide a state guarantee of 90% of the risks for the loans to be given to entrepreneurs in the Garabagh economic zone.
"Now we can say with certainty that just like in other fields, the economic rules formed in the Garabagh Economic Zone will be quite effective in the financial sector as well," ABA President said.
