Baku. Rashad Suleymanov –APA-Economics . State Committee on State Property Management of Azerbaijan announced investment tender on sale of 30% shares of Imishli-Yol-Tikinti-6 Open Joint Stock Company.
State Committee on State Property Management of Azerbaijan said that local and foreign investors can attend the tender. Nominal capital was AZN1 062 190, emitted stocks amount 531 095, kind of shares was book-entry share, face values was AZN 2 on July 1.
159 339 shares worth AZN 318 678 have been taken out.
Company has not partnership share in other enterprises and it has not intangible assets.
Total debts amount AZN 849 718 (debts for salary amount AZN 52 486, service debt amounts AZN 791 967, debtors’ debt is AZN 860 363).
Applicants can appeal to State Committee on State Property Management of Azerbaijan to get additional information on familiarization with emission prospect and investment tender till August 26. Admission of applications and proposals will be held on August 26. Commission will assess tender proposals from August 28.
