The preliminary investigation into the criminal case of Khachatryan Vagif Cherkezovich - who is accused of committing genocide in Meshali village of Khojaly district by the members of illegal Armenian armed groups - has been completed, APA reports.
The materials that was collected on the criminal case were sent to the Baku Military Court for consideration.
59 people were identified as victims in the case.
Note that, Khachatryan Vagif Cherkezovich, an Armenian citizen, who is internationally wanted in connection with the Meshali genocide, was detained at the Lachin border check point in July of this year.
