Under the Convention on Legal Aid and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Cases dated 22.01.1993, the petitions by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan were ensured by the authorities of Ukraine to extradite the Azerbaijani citizen Javadov Safar Azar, APA reports.
Since reasonable suspicions were established that Safar Javadov had committed the crime of fraud by causing a large amount of damage, a decision was made to involve him as an accused person and he was put on an international search for escaping from the investigation and hiding.
