A landmine incident occurred on February 21, 2025, in the Ulubaba village of the liberated Khojaly region, according to Press Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office and the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), APA reports.
A resident of the Aghdam region Imanov Naghi Novruz, born in 1963, stepped on an anti-personnel landmine in an area that had not been cleared of mines.
As a result of the incident, Imanov Nagi was injured in the leg. An investigation into the incident is underway at the Khojaly District Prosecutor's Office.
