"A total of 482 personnel, 97 pieces of special equipment, 10 canine brigades, and two aircraft have been mobilized at the site of the crash of an Azerbaijani plane," a representative of Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations, Dilara Nurgaliyeva, said during a press briefing. APA’s correspondent at the scene reports.

She stated that throughout the process, necessary information is being transmitted to both Azerbaijan and Russia via videoconferencing:

“As you can see, the area is currently cordoned off. A total of 482 personnel, 97 pieces of special equipment, 10 canine brigades, and two aircraft have been mobilized. The search and rescue operation is continuing with the participation of Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations’ canine experts. Information exchange with Russia and Azerbaijan is being conducted via videoconferencing. All data is also being transmitted to the Command Headquarters here, and we are monitoring the process in real-time.”
