Head of the "Election Observation" Alliance, Mammad Mammadzade (Mammad Alpay), who was detained together with Bashir Suleymanli, has been arrested, APA reports.
A presentation was submitted to the court by the investigative body.
Binagadi District Court granted the presentation. Mammad Mammadzade was sentenced to 3 months and 28 days in pre-trial detention.
Mammad Mammadzade was charged under Articles 313 (Official fraud), 193-1.3.2 (Legalization of funds or other property obtained by crime, committed in large amounts) and 308.2 (Abuse of official authority) of the Criminal Code and was sentenced to 3 months and 28 days in pre-trial detention.
