45 persons were extradited to Azerbaijan last year in 2023, says the report on the activity of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2023, APA reports.
During 2023, in total, the extradition of 45 persons to the Republic of Azerbaijan was ensured, of which 24 were from Russia, 2 from Moldova, 5 from Georgia, 5 from Ukraine, 2 from Poland, 4 from Belarus, 1 from Germany, 1 from Great Britain and 1 from Lebanon.
During the reporting period, the extradition of a total of 18 persons from the Republic of Azerbaijan was ensured, including 11 persons to Russia, 5 persons to Uzbekistan, 1 person to India, and 1 person to Türkiye.
