The body of 13-year-old Mahammadali Farid Yeganov, who died in an AZAL passenger plane crash near the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan, on December 25, has been brought to Baku, APA reports.
Mahammadali Yeganov's body was delivered to Baku by an AZAL plane.
A farewell ceremony was held for 13-year-old Mahammadali Yeganov, who lost his life as a result of the crash of an Embraer 190 passenger plane flying from Baku to Grozny. It took place at the deceased's house in the Khatai district. The ceremony was attended by the deceased's family members, relatives, and public representatives. The deceased was buried in a cemetery in the Sabunchu district.

It should be noted that on December 25, the Embraer 190 aircraft of Azerbaijan Airlines, operating flight number J2-8243 from Baku to Grozny, made an emergency landing and crashed near the city of Aktau. There were 67 people on board, including 5 crew members and 62 passengers. 38 people lost their lives as a result of the accident, while 29 survived.
