Of the 29 people injured in the plane crash in Aktau and taken to hospital, 11 are in serious condition, the Department of Healthcare of Mangystau region told APA.
It was reported that a mobile brigade consisting of two resuscitators, 4 traumatologists, 1 neurosurgeon, and a burn specialist from the National Coordination Center for Emergency Health under the Ministry of Health was brought from Astana on a special medical and sanitary plane to assist local medical personnel.
At the same time, Deputy Minister of Health Timur Muratov took charge of overseeing the treatment process and personally examined several of the injured.
It was also noted that two children being treated at the Mangystau Children’s Hospital would undergo surgical operations.
