Ogtay Gerekmezli: Abbas Abbasov sent Kamil Sadreddinov to Dagistan in Makhachevâ€™s car

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev.
The controversial points in Adalet Asdullayevâ€™s testimony were announced. He denied majority of his testimonies to the investigation. Asadullayev said the rest testimonies were given under pressure. He added that he was not asked about Nazim Pashayevâ€™s, his chauffeurâ€™s, Javid Manafovâ€™s and Elshan Hasanovâ€™s kidnapping and robbery of Rena Pashayevaâ€™s house.
Then Ogtay Gerekmezl, the lawyer for Kamil Sadreddinov, the chief of Interior Ministry (IM) Crime Investigation Office Department Fighting Labour Crimes asked Haji Mammadov about the visit of his client to Dagestan. Haji Mammadov said he has information about the visit but could not mentioned the exact time.
Then the lawyer solicited for sending inquiry to IM.
â€œFormer Deputy Prime Minister Abbas Abbasov sent Kamil Sadreddinov to Dagestan by Ramil Usubovâ€™s behest. He went there non-officially in parliamentarian Haji Makhachevâ€™s car. His visit was not registered. If we prove this the court cannot accuse Sadreddinov in Nazim Pashayevâ€™s kidnapping,â€? he said.
Adil Ismayilov and Elton Guliyev solicited for investigating the case, but the court did not meet the solicitation.
Then Kamil Sadreddinov gave testimony and denied all accusations against himself. He said he knew Haji Mammadov for a long time.
â€œWhen Haji was arrested I worked in Russia. Federal Security Service officers arrested me and handed over Azerbaijan National Security Ministry. I was made to give testimonies against some officials,â€? he said.
The trial will continue in the second half of the day. /APA/
