This year, the Cooperation Forum of Azerbaijani NGOs is planned to be held in Khankendi, said Aygun Aliyeva, Executive Director of the Agency for State Support to NGOs, during a press conference, APA reports.
Aygun Aliyeva emphasized that the quality of project proposals has significantly improved over the past two years, and the adoption of new grant competition rules and the implementation of new electronic services by the Agency in 2023 have brought about a major transformation in this area.
Meanwhile, Elnur Baghirli, Head of the Project Management Department of the Agency, stated that this year, the NGO Development and Exchange Program is planned to be held in the city of Shusha. He highlighted that during the reporting period, the NGO Development and Exchange Programs were organized 5 times, around 500 NGOs that successfully completed the programs held in Mingachevir, Naftalan, Baku, Nakhchivan, and Shamakhi were awarded certificates.
