It is proposed to establish a Turkic States Startup and Innovation Cooperation Platform, Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan, Mikayil Jabbarov, said at the 2nd Meeting of the Ministers of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held in Baku, APA-Economics reports.
He said that the purpose of establishing the Platform is to promote joint activities of the Turkic states in the field of startups, implement innovative ideas and expand access to intra-regional markets: "The Platform will provide coordination of cooperation in the field of innovation, startup and digital economy among member countries, and will play the role of a unified mechanism that will facilitate the sharing of knowledge, experience and technological resources. This initiative will accelerate innovative development in the region and create new opportunities for the realization of the potential of young entrepreneurs."
