"Governance in the modern era is being aligned with artificial intelligence and biotechnology. However, the process must be continuous," said Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev during his speech at the panel discussion titled “Digital Future: Artificial Intelligence, Governance and the Ethics of Innovation” held within the framework of the 13th Global Baku Forum in Baku today, APA reports.
He noted that one of the main tasks ahead is the preparation of “road maps” and the determination of priority directions: “In Azerbaijan, we are trying to ensure adaptation in this direction and to shape specific areas of activity in these fields. At the same time, periodic changes are being made to legislation and the regulatory framework. Through the regulatory framework, the necessary conditions are being created for activities in the fields of healthcare, education and the economy. Within this framework, opportunities are being formed for people to gain knowledge and skills.”
