The Chargé d’Affaires of the United States in Azerbaijan Amy Carlon, visited Azercosmos ’ Main Ground Control Station to learn about Azerbaijan’s growing role in the global space sector, the US Embassy in Azerbaijan said in a statement, APA reports.
"This month, the United States successfully launched the 10-day Artemis II mission—the first crewed journey around the Moon in over 50 years—underscoring America’s continued leadership in space exploration and innovation. Together, the United States and Azerbaijan are strengthening cooperation in the space sector to support innovation, connectivity, and shared prosperity through science and technology," the embassy noted.
