"We are conducting research on the application of artificial intelligence in the transportation sector," Fariz Jafarov, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR), said this in a statement to APA.
He noted that currently, various state institutions in Azerbaijan, particularly the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, are conducting research on the application of artificial intelligence specifically in the transportation sector: "Various technological tools are used, such as identifying traffic congestion, opening new routes in those areas, and managing transportation."
