Azerbaijan's revenues from information and communications sector increased by more than 7%

In January-May of this year, enterprises operating in the information and communication sector in Azerbaijan provided services worth 1,416.9 million manats, the State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics.

According to the data, this is 7.3% more in real terms compared to the same period of the previous year.

74.3% of this indicator was consumed by the population. 34.6% of the revenue from services, or 490.3 million manats, was generated in the field of mobile telephone communication.
