Aztelekom LLC is strengthening its infrastructure base to transport international internet traffic via its backbone fiber-optic network, the company told APA-Economics.
Thus, starting from the current month, the company is beginning to expand its network (DWDM), based on high-capacity fiber-optic transmission technology, and to update the relevant software.
As a result of the implementation of this initiative, Azerbaijan’s position as a key component of the North–South and West digital transit corridors will be further strengthened, which will make an important contribution to increasing the country’s competitiveness in the international digital environment.
