Azerbaijan plans to establish an “Industry 4.0” education center, Fariz Jafarov, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM), at the Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, APA-Economics reports.
He stated that the center will serve as a “one-stop shop” model for industry.
F. Jafarov emphasized that they have also signed memorandums with universities: “University students can join this program, go into the field to identify problems, and propose new ideas. This will support the industry and science ecosystem. At the same time, startups will be able to present new ideas based on the problems of manufacturing companies.”
