In January–June of this year, the output of products (services) in the information and communication sector of the Karabakh economic region amounted to 3.6 million manats, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.
According to the data, this is 1.3% higher compared to the same period last year.
In the first quarter, this figure was 2.9 million manats in Barda district (up 35.4% year-on-year), 270,500 manats in Fuzuli district (up 18.6%), 140,100 manats in Shusha district (up 58.7%), 69,300 manats in Aghjabadi district (down 84.6%), 165,100 manats in Aghdam district (down 43%), and 81,200 manats in Tartar district (down 79.1%).
In six months, the output of products (services) in the information and communication sector of the Eastern Zangazur economic region amounted to 129,500 manats, which represents a 13.1% increase compared to the same period last year.
During the reporting period, the volume of communication services amounted to 118,400 manats in Jabrayil district (up 20.2% year-on-year) and 11,100 manats in Kalbajar district.
