Azerbaijan launches Microsoft ExpressRoute service -For the first time

An important innovation has taken place in Azerbaijan's information technology sector. Proxima Tech Solutions, founded by Tahir Gozel, has introduced the Microsoft ExpressRoute service in the country for the first time.

Unlike Microsoft ExpressRoute traditional internet connections, introduced for the first time in the country by Proxima Tech Solutions, for the first time in Azerbaijan, the ExpressRoute Service provides data transmission through a private and stable channel. This approach is critically important for government institutions, the financial sector, and large businesses, as it ensures additional security for data flow, lower latency, and high reliability. The service provides a direct connection to Microsoft Azure’s data center in Frankfurt (DE). The project was implemented as part of cooperation with AzerTelecom and enables stable and secure international access to cloud services in Azerbaijan.
