Yerevan and its supporters are responsible for the tension on the border, Baku-based Political scientist Ramiz Aliyev told APA.
Ramiz Aliyev reminded that our border guard was injured as a result of the Armenian side's shelling of the Azerbaijani positions the other day: "As we previously mentioned, the Armenian side is seeking a chance to provoke tensions at the border. Such attempts to damage Azerbaijan's reputation at the international level and launch a new campaign of pressure against our country are pointless. The units of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan have already taken revenge for the unpleasant incident that happened yesterday. The Armenian post where the fire was opened at our border guard was destroyed, and several enemy soldiers were neutralized. "Yerevan must comprehend that Baku will not let them violate the ceasefire on the border by order of their masters."
