The problem of Western Azerbaijanis was raised at the 15th plenary session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly, APA reports.
Rizvan Nabiyev, head of Azerbaijan's delegation to the organization made a statement in this regard during the 15th plenary session of the Asia Parliamentary Assembly held in Baku.
Rizvan Nabiyev noted that nearly 300,000 Azerbaijanis are still living displaced from their homes: "We have raised this issue on international platforms as well. This is something required by international legal norms."
