Victims of the AZAL plane crash were commemorated at Azerbaijan's Aktau Consulate General, APA reports.
The ceremony was attended by the Consuls General of Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Iran, who wrote condolence messages in the memorial book.
In honor of the victims, flower arrangements were placed in front of the Consulate General.
Note that an Azerbaijan Airlines aircraft performing flight J2-8243 from Baku to Grozny, an Embraer 190 airplane, crashed 3 km near the city of Aktau. There were 67 passengers and 5 crew members on board.
