"Armenia and Azerbaijan should sign a peace agreement to bring stability and prosperity to the region," said U.S. Senator Steve Daines, member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, during the meeting with Armenian Prime Minister NikolPashinyan, APA reports citing X account of the U.S. Embassy in Armenia.
"Senator Daines discussed regional security issues and opportunities for economic investment. He conveyed his support for the Trump Administration's position that Armenia and Azerbaijan should sign a peace agreement to bring stability and prosperity to the region," the post reads.
