“This is my second visit to Karabakh, and compared to my first visit, major changes are observed in the region,” UAE Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohammed Al Blooshi told APA while sharing his views on reconstruction and education projects carried out in the region during his visit to Karabakh.
“This is my second visit. I witnessed major changes between the first and second visits. Especially the work carried out in schools and at Karabakh University shows that the government pays special attention to education,” the ambassador said.
According to him, the Karabakh region also has a favorable environment for international schools and education projects: “The nature and air in the Karabakh region are very beautiful. This environment allows people to live and operate here. Karabakh University is a large and very good educational institution.”
The diplomat noted that there are also broad opportunities for investors in Karabakh: “There are good conditions for investors to come to Karabakh and evaluate opportunities here. I see great potential for business here.”
The ambassador also noted that relations between Azerbaijan and the UAE are at a high level.
“There are very strong and good relations between the UAE and Azerbaijan,” he added.
