"Whatever steps we took in Garabagh, we were opposed by the global alliance," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said as he delivered a speech at a rally in Bursa, APA's Türkiye correspondent reports.

Mr. Erdoğan noted that some West-oriented forces resorted to every provocation for years to disrupt Türkiye's and the region's stability: "What is happening in Gaza recently does not differ from this. Be sure that those who remain indifferent to the blood of Muslims being shed in Gaza will do the same if such a disaster happens to us tomorrow. During the period when we were at odds with Russia when terrorist organizations reached our borders, Western states withdrew their air defense systems in our southern cities. We overcame difficulties with our strength and struggle. No matter what steps we took in Syria, Libya, the Mediterranean Sea, the Black Sea, Garabagh, we were opposed by a global alliance."
