The post reads: "I congratulate brotherly Azerbaijan on November 8 Victory Day with great joy and pride, from the bottom of my heart. I share the victory enthusiasm of our Azerbaijani brothers who reunited Garabagh to their homeland, I remember with mercy our martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the struggle for freedom, and our heroic veterans with respect," the post reads.
