"Participation of brotherly Turkic states in the reconstruction of Garabagh liberated from occupation is very crucial,” Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center), said this at the round table on "Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan Bilateral Relations at the Modern Stage: Expansion of Strategic Partnership" held in Baku, APA reports.

He underscored that Kyrgyzstan will build a school building in the territories freed from occupation: "This is, on one hand, a gift towards the restoration of territories. On the other hand, such a gift to Azerbaijan from the brotherly Turkish people carries significant importance. Azerbaijan is implementing important investment projects in Kyrgyzstan. Besides the bilateral platform, cooperation within the framework of the Turkic States Organization is also crucial. Our relations continue within other important partnership platforms as well. I would like to note that apart from cooperation within the framework of the Turkic States Organization, there are also other platforms."

Kayrat Osmanaliyev, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan, described President Sadyr Japarov's visit to Azerbaijan as the beginning of a new stage in relations: "We believe that there are ample opportunities for cooperation between our two countries, and we will spare no effort to seize these opportunities to elevate our relations to a new level."

He also noted that amid global events, closer cooperation among Turkic world countries is highly significant.

The ambassador highlighted that Kyrgyzstan will also participate in the construction of the Fuzuli Memorial Complex.

Hassan Hasanov, Azerbaijan's former ambassador to Poland and former foreign minister, provided a historical overview.

He stated that until the liberation of its territories, Azerbaijan regulated its relations with other countries based on their attitude towards the occupation factor: "Now a new stage in relations is beginning. I believe that a new and broader perspective should be taken towards relations among Turkic states."

During the event, extensive presentations were made and discussions were held on the results achieved in bilateral relations so far and future plans in bilateral relations.
