“Projects such as TRIPP involve various parties, and the main negotiations are being held between Armenia and the United States,” Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, APA reports.
The minister said that US partners regularly inform the Azerbaijani side. “This is quite natural. Because the implementation of this project is impossible without Azerbaijan’s participation. The information provided to us is that this work is continuing. The start of physical work will be postponed until 2027. We believe that the sooner this project is implemented, the better. It will benefit not only Azerbaijan, but also Armenia and the countries of the region,” he said.
