“We are facing new challenges,” said President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Council of Heads of State, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Budapest reports.
President Tokayev emphasized that such summits are of great importance for taking action in response to these challenges. Speaking about infrastructure projects among Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, he highlighted the significance of opening a third railway crossing on the China-Kazakhstan border.
“I would like to thank President Ilham Aliyev for supporting the export of Kazakh oil,” Tokayev added.
