“We condemn Iran targeting Azerbaijan after its attacks against Middle Eastern and European countries,” Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said on his social media account, APA reports.
“Iran targeting Azerbaijan once again shows that the Tehran regime is not a regional but a global threat,” the minister noted.
Sybiha emphasized that all international efforts must be united to neutralize the threats created by the Iranian regime, give the Iranian people a chance for a normal life, and restore security and stability in the Middle East and beyond.
Note that drone attacks were carried out today from the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
One drone fell on the terminal building of Nakhchivan Airport, while another landed near a school building in Shakarabad village.
The airport building sustained damage, and four people were injured.
