On the day Azerbaijan commemorates the 1990 Black January events, wrapping up my 3rd visit to Baku, Javier Colomina, special representative of the NATO Secretary General for the Caucasus and Central Asia, wrote on his Twitter account, APA reports.

"I discussed the NATO-Azerbaijani cooperation, the situation in the Lachin Corridor, and regional security with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. Negotiations are the key to continuing the normalization process," the post reads.
