The Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sahiba Gafarova has sent a letter of condolences to the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, following the tragic fire in Georgia that resulted in the death of five children, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"The news of the fire in the village of Saberio, Gali district, Georgia which led to the tragic loss of five children, deeply saddened us.
In connection with this tragedy, I share in your sorrow and offer my heartfelt condolences to you, to the families and loved ones of the children who lost their lives, and to the entire people of Georgia, on behalf of myself and on behalf of the members of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
