“I first visited here on June 21, 2021. Now, it is impossible to recognize these areas,” said Serbia’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Dragan Vladislavić, during his visit to Aghdam, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
He emphasized that the work done is the result of the efforts of the Azerbaijani government: “I was just showing my colleagues the photos I took. I first visited here on June 21, 2021. Now, it is impossible to recognize these areas. At that time, there was destruction all around, but now we see that the Azerbaijani government has carried out very important construction works here. All of this is very pleasing. This, of course, is the result of the efforts of your government and state.”
The diplomat expressed his confidence that Azerbaijan’s Great Return program will be successfully completed: “I believe the Great Return program is being implemented with great success. I am sure your country will successfully complete the process of all residents returning to their homes in the end.”
