“CICA is an inclusive organization,” said the organization’s Secretary General, Kairat Sarybay, during his speech at the session themed “CICA as an International Organization – Transformation and Strengthening of Institutional Capacity” of the 13th meeting of the CICA Think Tank Forum, APA reports.
He noted that CICA is a mega-connected organization that plays a bridging role among existing international institutions in the Asian region.
“Decisions in CICA are made by consensus. No one is left out of the decision-making process,” the Secretary General said.
