Second day of negotiations between Azerbaijani and Armenian FMs concluded in Berlin-UPDATED

On 28-29 February 2024 negotiations were held between Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, in Villa Borsig in Berlin, Germany, Azerbaijani MFA told APA.

The Ministers and their delegations discussed perspectives on the provisions of the draft bilateral Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. A mutual agreement was expressed to continue negotiations on the open issues.

During the course of the visit, the Ministers met with Annalena Baerbock, the German Foreign Minister, both separately and in a trilateral format.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has expressed appreciation to the German side for hosting the negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
